New Specs

So my life has been lots of fun lately. I’m adjusting to life with reading glasses. My vision changed to the point where my doctor was both surprised and wasn’t entirely sure what to make of it (as if I somehow pulled this off myself) But with one new contact prescription and one pair of ten dollar reading glasses from CVS I’m a new woman. A lot of my friends (and even my own family) like to tease me about being prematurely middle-aged. It’s not my fault that my preferences for crocheting, drinking tea, doing crafts and having dinner parties are typically associated with an older demographic! Unfortunately, now with my pre-existing love of scarves and new glasses that sit on the bottom of my nose, I’m really starting to look the part. It’s a slippery slope for sure.
